Okay so how was everyone's Turkey Break??? Mine was movie filled...so this whole journal is going to be one whole movie review on every movie I watched this weekend. I watched Star Trek, Lars and the Real Girl, Angels and Demons, The Ugly Truth, and Push.

*WARNING FROM THIS POINT ON THERE MIGHT BE OCCASIONAL SPOILERS*

Okay up first Star Trek. I mean come on its Star Trek!!! Spock is just awesome and Kirk is HOT hello!!! Okay besides that the movie really does astound me. I watched the behind the scenes and all the commentary and such most of the effects (other than the space shots and obvious places they had to use CGI) It was real effects...the director used a lot of old school techniques which I found pretty cool. Like the scene where Kirk and the Asian dude are falling through the sky and Kirk saves the Asian dude without a shoot and what not...the actors were standing looking up as the camera shot down at them with wind blowing in there face and mirrors all around them that reflected the sky...COOL right I know! Plus R2-D2 is in the movie how could you go wrong...two of my favorite world colliding...brings a happy tear to my eye! lol

On to movie number two...Lars and the Real Girl. So the whole movie is about this guy who is socially inept, is mother died when he was born and so he was raised without a loving touch or anything so now a days when someone touches his skin he says it feels like his skin is burning. He orders this sex doll offline without the intention of having sex with it. He really does start having a relationship eventually his need for her goes away and Bianca (the sex doll) dies. The whole town is in on his delusion of Bianca being real to help him get through it. It really is a sad movie, I was crying!!!

Angles and Demons...OH BOY! There were parts in that movie where it was hard for me to watch, when the one pope was buried, and the other was literally being barbecued...ugg. It was really, really good. Ewen McGregor was Phenomenal as well as most the other actors but I really did like his performance. Those movies always makes me think how on earth people come up with the ideas in general. This one was defiantly better than The DaVinci Code, more action more everything. Hopefully they will make the other books into movies as well. : )

The Ugly Truth was HYSTERICAL. There were parts in that movie that were so embarrassing you couldn't help but laugh. There was a lot of sexual jokes and references but it totally made the movie awesome. I never thought Gerald Butler and Katherine Heigl would be a cute couple but they were excellent in the movie...just was joke after joke, they didn't stop once pushing each others buttons! Hilarious!

Okay Push...was amazing...but...I want more. I loved it! At parts it was hard to follow and you really have to follow the movie or you will be lost. And I hate to say it...Dakota Fanning was actually good in this. There was a scene she was drunk...that was funny. It was really really action..none stop really..and the guy who played Tom Baldwin in the 4400...one of my favorite shows that was canceled damn you sci-fi...was in it. He was only it it for like a few minutes but he still was..lol. Hopefully they make a sequel they certainly left it open for one!

So that is it...I think tomorrow I will watch The Queen because its here and everyone who has seen it tole me its a must see...so I'm seeing it..lol. TTYL!!

P.S I forgot to mention that I have created a new goal...more realistic than dating Taylor Lautner, even more realistic than learning to play the drum set...I as of Monday Michiah and I will be starting a training schedule to get us in shape because this summer...idk when yet...we will be doing a sprint Triathlon!!! I'm so nervous already. Well I'm going to bed...NIGHT!!
